Precision Turn On-Line

Features of Precision Turn Calendars

Date and Time

The current date (and time on hourly turn calendar) is posted in the upper-left column of each market group. The date and time are in GMT, to simplify adjusting to local timezones. Because the calendars are updated every hour, the column labeled "Today" ("Now" on the hourly turn calendar) is always the current day (hour).

Precision Turn Chart

Clicking an underlined market name will take you to the Precision Turn chart. These links are only active on the daily-scale turn calendars, except for the long-trend charts (Dow Bond Index, DJIA) which are only active on the weekly-scale futures turn calendar. All charts are available from the Precision Turn Chart Index.

Scale Switch

A letter in the "H", "D" or "W" column indicates that there is a turn in that market on the corresponding hourly, daily or weekly turn calendar. Clicking on the letter at the top of the column will take you directly to the same market group on that scale turn calendar.

Last Turn Date and TurnAlert Report

The "Last" column contains the date of the last turn. If the "Last" date is underlined, then clicking on that date will take you to the TurnAlert report for that turn date. TurnAlert report links are only active on the daily futures turn calendar. All reports are available from the TurnAlert Report Index.

Turn Markers

Today and the next nine days (including weekends) are visible on the daily and weekly turn calendars. The current hour and the next 23 hours are visible on the hourly turn calendar. Turns are marked with an "H", "D" or "W", depending on the scale of the turn calendar, as a visual reminder of the current turn calendar's scale.
